Iron Chef Cook-Off with Master Sommelier Larry O’Brien

Join talented Sea Pines Resort chefs as they compete in our annual Iron Chef Cook- Off wine dinner on January 24! We are proud to welcome the return of Master Sommelier, Larry O'Brien, as our speaker for the evening. He will pair wines with each of the chef's dishes as he uses his expertise to collaborate and create the perfect dining experience. Guests will be able to participate and vote at the end of the evening and as a result, we will crown our very own Iron Chef!

Named Best Sommelier in America in 2000, he has represented the U.S. in a number of prestigious international sommelier competitions. A dynamic speaker and educator, O’Brien demystifies wine while showcasing the entire Jackson Family portfolio in his current role as Jackson Family Winery Champion. His enthusiasm for wine is unmatched and guests are in for an entertaining and delicious evening.
 

Enjoy an exquisite menu created by four chefs with hand-selected wine pairings by Mr. O’Brien in the Heritage Room inside the famed Harbour Town Clubhouse. All guests will vote on their favorite chef dish and wine pairings for a fun competition!
